Infinix Zero 5 Pro: the best yet from Infinix!

Infinix Zero 5 Pro: the best yet from Infinix!

Infinix Zero 5 Pro: the King on the throne!

Ever since the establishment of the smartphone company in Hong Kong about 6 years back (founded in 2012) by Transsion Holdings, the OEM have done a pretty amazing job in the African smartphone scene – consistently providing the populace with affordable Android smartphones.

The latest from the OEM is the Infinix Zero 5 and Infinix Zero 5 Pro. The duo is the latest addition to the brand’s “Zero” line of smartphone and trust me, sheerly, when I say this; they are spectacular! – particularly the Zero 5 Pro.

Infinix Zero 5 Pro

The Infinix Zero 5 Pro was released in the Middle East region of Africa on November 14, 2017 alongside the Infinix Zero 5. The Zero 5 Pro is the bigger of the duo because – as expected of any device with the “Pro” or “Plus” phrases affixed to its name – it comes with better specs.

It’s been about 3 months since the release of flagship and the reasons below are why we think the Infinix Zero 5 Pro is the best smartphone yet from Infinix Mobility.

1. First Dual Rear Camera Smartphone

The Infinix Zero 5 Pro is the first smartphone from the OEM. This piece of information is something I should have mentioned in the intro but deliberately left out. Well..

Infinix Zero 5 Pro

So after several months of reign of the “dual rear camera” trend in the smartphone scene, Infinix finally jumped on the bandwagon with the Infinix Zero 5 Pro. The dual lenses on the Zero 5 Pro have a combined quality of 25-megapixels – a primary wide-angle 12MP Sony IMX386 sensor and a secondary 13MP telephoto lens.

These optical sensors on the rear are the best on any Infinix smartphone ever.

2. Fast Processor

Under the hood of the Zero 5 Pro is a MediaTek Helio P25 SoC with 8 cores based on the Cortex-A53 technology. The Helio P25 SoC was only launched last year and is particularly crafted for higher operation speed and processing.

The Infinix Zero 5 Pro can particularly clock up to speed of 2.6GHz! That’s crazily fast and way more than the processor speed of many phones from top OEMs. More than what Infinix has on any of its previous devices.

3. Colossal Memory

This device right here, the Infinix Zero 5 Pro, had the highest storage properties ever seen in any Infinix smartphone. With 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage, the Zero 5 Pro trumps top 2017 flagships like the LG V30 and Samsung Galaxy S8.

Being a heavy smartphone user, I can only imagine how much work (internet, social media, games) I can get done on the Zero 5 Pro without any lag in momentum or speed: most likely unlimited!

4. 16MP Selfie Camera – best on any Infinix smartphone!

As the header reads, the 16-megapixels sensor on the front of the Zero 5 Pro is the best selfie sensor has ever used on any of its product – the Infinix Zero 4 Plus comes second with 13-megapixels front camera.

5. Affordability

Despite the high-end modern-day specifications that the Infinix Zero 5 Pro comes with, the price tag almost makes it seem like Infinix is being ripped off!

Infinix Zero 5 Pro Price

The Infinix Zero 5 Pro, on GearBest, sells for roughly $260 – NGN 94,000 when converted to local currency – and trust me, that is super affordable!
